Vinyasa Flow is our signature class at PranaFlow. It's a dynamic, fluid practice that links movement with breath. You'll flow smoothly from one pose to the next, building heat, endurance, and flexibility. The continuous movement helps quiet the mind and brings you into a state of active meditation.
Who It's For
Anyone looking to build strength and get their heart rate up while maintaining a focus on mindful movement. While it's an all-levels class, some basic familiarity with yoga poses is helpful—though our instructors always offer modifications.
Class Structure
We begin with a gentle warmup, move into sun salutations to build heat, flow through a standing sequence, focus on balance and core strength, and end with deep stretching and a restful savasana.
