Intermediate practitioners or fitness enthusiasts who want a challenging workout combined with the mindfulness of yoga. Not recommended for absolute beginners — a few months of Vinyasa or Hatha experience is helpful.

Class Structure

A brisk warmup followed by intense, continuous flows, challenging standing balances, core work, optional arm balances or inversions, and a rewarding cooldown.
