Hatha Yoga is the perfect foundation for any yoga practice. In this class, we move slowly and deliberately, focusing on the correct alignment of each pose and the connection to the breath. Poses are held longer than in Vinyasa, allowing you to settle in and explore the physical and mental sensations of the posture.
